Robert Rouse
President

Robert Rouse currently works as a Facilitator for the Society of Information Management's Regional Leadership Forum which serves senior information executives nationwide. For over twenty-five years, Dr. Rouse taught computer science and served as an assistant dean at the School of Technology and Information Management at Washington University (WU). He also founded the Center for Intelligent Computer Systems and served as Director of Strategy for the WU School of Medicine.
Hope Abramov
Board Member
Hope Abramov is the Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice at Thompson Coburn LLP. Recognized as one of the most experienced labor negotiators in the country, Hope led negotiations for more than one hundred collective bargaining agreements across a diverse range of industries. Hope also develops legally sound, forward-looking workplace policies that support both compliance and long-term organizational goals.
Kirill Abramov

Kirill Abramov is the Group Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Intellectual Property Law at Charter Communications. With two decades of experience, including service as a federal judicial law clerk, an attorney with a national law firm and two Fortune 500 companies, Kirill advises business leaders on the enforcement of intellectual property rights and the resolution of other legal disputes.
Brian Rouse

Brian Rouse is the North America Data Steward for Bayer Crop Science. He specializes in data analysis, business process improvement, data governance, and requirements analysis. For twelve years, Brian taught computer science as an adjunct professor at Washington University.
Stephen Santa
Board Member

Stephen Santa is a NYC-based theatre director, arts educator, and advocate. He is the former Artistic Director of The Omaha Community Playhouse, the largest community-based theater in the United States. Stephen is also the co-founder and former Artistic Director of Jumping Jack Theater, a children's theater production company that creates work with sensory and autism-friendly techniques.
